Whiskey Flats RV Park, Hawthorne, Nevada

       This is our second visit to Whiskey Flats.  It's a good place to stop while driving through Nevada.  Whiskey Flats is a great park.  It was very well kept and it shows that the owners take pride in their park. There's not a lot going on in Hawthorne on Father's Day and it's not a great place to buy gas, but it has quite a military history.  Nevada has a great site all about the history of Hawthorne.  Click here to check it out.  This time we decided to stay two nights and relax a bit before getting back on the road.

Amenities

         Our RV Community has all you need for your great Western adventure! We have propane services, RV Dump Station, Great Showers, a Convenience Store, and Full hookups in a beautiful park environment. Our close neighbor is a Dotty's Casino and Bourbon Street Sports/New Orleans style bar and adult fun area with food and beverages. Also up the road within walking distance is Safeway, fuel service, and Pepper's Place 50's Style drive-up burger joint.
