Chehalis RV  & Camping Resort, Chehalis, Washington

This was our third visit to Chehalis.   This time it's just for a week which is about as long as I can go without having to dump my black and grey water tanks.  The park is built on a hillside.  The lower sites on the hill don't have phone or Internet service.  The sites on the top of the hill have both but nothing to brag about.  There are just a few sites that have full hookups and most of those are occupied with annuals.  We also found that most of the sites were too short for our coach or on too much of a slope.  The campground isn't as bad as I make it sound.  This is, after all, our third visit.  The feel of the park is camping in the woods.  The park is old and the vegetation is well-grown which gives the park a nice feel.  Most of the amenities are well taken care of however they are showing their age.  Overall it's a great campground and I'm sure that I'll return in the future.  I believe that most issues stem from the corporate level cutting money and labor to the parks.
